• New Tax Services Available
  While most tax clients will continue to have their taxes prepared by us in the same manner as in the past, several new options and now available.
• Appointment Drop-Off
  This procedure can be used by those clients who have large numbers of items which take longer to prepare or require explanation. This method is also open to any client who prefers to visit with a tax preparer in person. IMPORTANT: No tax results, planning or advice can be given at the drop-off interview. No meeting with a CPA is included in this procedure.
• Appointment Pick-Up
  • Tax Review and Planning - This appointment with Rob Bovitz, CPA is intended to be used by individuals who have more complex or lengthily preparation time and want to drop off or mail in their material. Upon completion of the return, an interview appointment is scheduled to review the tax results in person along with specialized consultation such as financial planning, retirement planning, estate and gift tax and business reviews. This interview usually is 1/2 hour or less in duration.
  • Tax Return Processing Assistance - This appointment is with a friendly tax technician who explains the forms which have been processed, answers any questions and assists in preparing the returns for mailing.

• Eldercare Assurance - We act as coordinators for financial, health care, and personal needs. Our goal is to provide peace of mind and independence for life.
• Condominium association and rental property management ( assessment billing and collection, vendor payments, budget preparation).
• Service organization and recreation club management (dues billing and monitoring, invoice payment, board financial reports, non-profit tax-exempt status applications).
• Computer systems (consultation on implementation and usage of the right system for your needs).
• Confidential payroll preparation - executive or entire payroll.
